CYPHY, Inc. Xiamen, China 2014-Current
VP World Wide Sales
Recruited by the CEO and founders to launch CYPHY operations world wide and build and distributor
and dealer network. CYPHY is an emerging leader in Enterprise storage solutions. Responsibilities
include formulating a go to market strategy as well as executing on establishing overseas operations
world wide.

Envivio, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENVI) San Francisco, California 2011-2014
Regional Director, Russia and CIS
Joined Envivio at the beginning of 2011 to launch and establish presence in Russia and CIS. Established a
large distributor network, and an office with local support in the first 6 months. Within the first year,
launched the first OTT project in the region and successfully started in-country operations. Responsible
for growing company presence in the region and ramping up sales and support infrastructure. Won the
largest cable operator in Ukraine and the largest Mobile operator in Russia.

Harmonic, Inc. (NASDAQ: HLIT) Sunnyvale, California 1999-2009
Regional Director, Russia and CIS
Harmonic is a Multi-national corporation with global revenues of $461+ million. Achieved over $40+
million in contracts over 5 years with consistent 100%+ yearly revenue growth capturing over 35% of the
industry market share. Seasoned business acumen has resulted in successfully developing prosperous
lucrative markets within the HFC, Digital Video Compression and Video on Demand industries.
Initially started out with the company as a Systems Engineer and then transitioned into marketing, sales
and support and then Management.

Projects delivered within Harmonic

  • Secured Contract with National Cable Networks (NCN) – Led a dynamic and entrepreneurial
    project to develop a custom solution enabling NCN, the largest Cable TV provider in Russia, to
    launch their service and helped secure funding for the project.
  • Secured Contract with NTV+ – Through a concerted team effort, convinced NTV+ to replace
    their existing network equipment and completely switch over to Harmonic’s solution. NTV+ is
    the largest Russian Satellite TV Broadcaster in Russia and CIS. NTV+ is the equivalent of Direct TV
    in the US, or B Sky B in Europe
  • Secured Contract with TKT St. Petersburg – Led a cross functional team to develop a system
    architecture that enabled TKT to build and expand their network and offer unique differentiated
    services. Thus Harmonic became the vendor of choice for all this company’s core network
    equipment
  • Emerging Markets New Product Introduction – Initiated and brought about the conception and
    successful Global launch for a product line specifically suited to Emerging Markets. This
    propelled Harmonic to realize new sales of existing product lines into new market segments
  • Emerging Markets New Product Introduction – Initiated and brought about the conception and
    successful Global launch for a product line specifically suited to Emerging Markets. This

  • Korea and Japan New Product Introduction – Led cross departmental team effort to identify

    of over $8 million in the first year. Managed the Korean market for 2 years

StreamGate, Inc., Irvine, California 1997-1999
Operations Director
StreamGate was one of the first startups in delivering Video on Demand to the broadcasting industry.
Initially recruited to research market requirements for product development and deployment of the
system in the market.

World Wide Wireless, Inc., Concord, California 1996-1997
Senior Systems Engineer
First Wireless Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the US. Developed the idea and business plan for the
company and successfully convinced the investors to adopt the plan.

National Digital Systems, San Marcos, CA 1992-1996
Engineer
NDS was a startup company focused on developing the first generation of digital consumer Set-top
Boxes. Initially recruited into a junior engineering position and become part of the core R&D team.
